Sidis Sidimela serves as Finance Director at I-CAT, bringing extensive financial expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic insight to the executive leadership team. Sidis holds post-graduate qualifications in Finance, Cost and Management Accounting, and Business Administration. Anton van der Merwe brings extensive experience in heavy industry, mining, environmental management, and international business development to the executive team. Lourens Jansen van Rensburg has served on the Board of Directors of I-CAT as Marketing Director, leading I-CAT’s marketing strategy, brand development, and corporate communications. With a background in environmental consulting, carbon projects, and environmental management, Lourens combines technical expertise with strategic marketing insight. In 2005, Lourens was instrumental in establishing 25 Degrees in Africa, an environmental magazine created to promote environmental responsibility and sustainability across the continent. Joe Phamodi brings more than 14 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and company secretarial services. As Company Secretary, he provides strategic guidance to the Board of Directors and executive management, ensuring that the company maintains the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate accountability.
His expertise spans corporate governance, commercial contracts, intellectual property administration, B-BBEE compliance, regulatory affairs, and risk management.
